Working alongside leaders, you’ll embed meaningful change that protects people and promotes wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of initiatives across six key focus areas: leadership, risk management, communication and engagement, systems and tools, capability building, and asset safety.
  • Design and roll out practical systems, training, and resources that embed WHS improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance to executives and managers on WHS strategies and compliance obligations.
  • Take ownership of complex safety matters, including incident investigations and case management.
  • Deliver engaging training and awareness programs to build risk management capability.
  • Monitor and refine WHS systems and tools, including MyOSH, to ensure they are effective and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain accurate WHS risk registers and oversee assurance processes.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to foster safe and supportive workplace practices.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and external partners to influence change.
About You
  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline.
  • You bring at least 8 years’ experience in WHS roles within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • You’re skilled at leading cultural change and influencing others at all levels.
  • You have proven success managing WHS systems, complex injury cases, and investigations.
  • You’re an excellent communicator with confidence presenting and facilitating group sessions.
  • You’re a critical thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • You hold a valid driver’s licence and current National Police Clearance.
Why Join?
  • Be part of an organisation that values respect, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Play a leading role in building a Culture of Care that impacts the whole workforce.
  • Work with supportive leaders and a team that’s committed to continuous improvement.
  • Enjoy hybrid work arrangements and the chance to make a lasting impact.
