Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-consultation communication and patient preparation
- Create a calm, welcoming lounge environment to ease dental anxiety
- Greet and guide clients throughout appointments
- Explain treatment plans, fees, and coordinate financial planning
- Schedule and confirm treatment plans from consultation to completion
- Manage front desk duties – calls, payments, reports, and bookings
- Liaise with referring clinicians and coordinate specialist appointments
- Maintain clear communication throughout and post-treatment
- Seek and act on client feedback to improve patient experience
- Experience in dental/medical admin, ideally in coordination or case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for patient care
- Confident using dental software, Microsoft Office, and open to AI tools
