This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy corporate office, thrives in a varied role and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional level of service.
Combining corporate reception, office administration and team support, no two days will be the same. You'll work closely with an established group of Personal Assistants, support senior stakeholders and play an important role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
The Opportunity This is much more than a traditional reception or administration position. You'll be a key part of the Perth office, working alongside a supportive team of professionals in an environment where people genuinely value the contribution you make.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Corporate Reception: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm, polished and professional welcome.
- Meeting & Boardroom Coordination: Managing meeting room bookings, preparing spaces and ensuring rooms are always immaculate and client-ready.
- Team & PA Support: Providing administrative support to a wider group of Personal Assistants and senior stakeholders.
- Client Events: Assisting with the coordination and delivery of client functions and business development events.
- General Administration: Supporting the office with document preparation, mail, photocopying, binding, CRM updates and other ad hoc duties.
We're looking for someone who combines a professional corporate presence with a genuinely warm, engaging and bubbly personality.
You'll be someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys being busy and takes pride in the little details that make a big difference.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house or administration role.
- A polished and professional presentation, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Exceptional communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
- A naturally positive, bubbly and approachable personality.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the initiative to think ahead rather than wait to be asked.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous experience within a professional services or corporate environment will be highly regarded. Must have full working rights and available to work 5 days in the office.
Interviews are expected to commence in the next few days so please apply today!
