As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business through a period of high activity, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and business areas.
- Partner with line managers to take thorough job briefs and provide expert advice on sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source, attract and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Contribute to broader people initiatives and support the team where required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team approach.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with autonomy and initiative.
