The Role:
This is a busy, high-volume blue-collar recruitment position, forming an integral part of the People & Capability team. Working alongside the P&C Advisor, you will provide strategic and operational recruitment solutions to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment
- Phone screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Handling offer management and onboarding support
- Proactively developing talent pools and pipelines
- Conducting market and competitor analysis
You will have a proven track record in high-volume, ideally blue-collar recruitment, and the ability to work effectively and autonomously. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach are key to success in this role.
What's on Offer:
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time position with some flexibility in hours. You can work one day from home and have the option to start early and finish early if that suits your schedule.
