Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple requisitions across diverse functions, including health and allied health.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Build and nurture proactive talent pools for future workforce planning.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong recruitment outcomes.
- Contribute to a marketing and sourcing strategy, enhancing how we connect with passive candidates and compete with leading employer brands.
- Work both strategically and “on the tools” to ensure immediate recruitment priorities are met.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within health or allied health.
- Skilled in both proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pooling) and full-cycle recruitment delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
