Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of the ITSM transformation program, including:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning and solution design through to implementation, training and transition into operations
- Leading cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, delivery milestones and performance outcomes
- Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and drive successful outcomes
- Providing clear reporting on project status, risks, issues, decisions and progress to senior leadership and governance forums
- Managing budgets, timelines, dependencies and change impacts to ensure successful delivery
You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex technology projects in dynamic environments. You are confident leading large-scale transformation initiatives, managing competing priorities and bringing teams together to deliver successful outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects from initiation through to completion
- Experience leading ITSM implementations, with ServiceNow experience highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders and technical teams
- Experience managing vendors, contracts and third-party delivery partners
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and change delivery
- Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments
- Project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, Teams and SharePoint
