This is a senior partnering role with real breadth—combining strategic influence, hands-on support, and project leadership across the full HR spectrum.
You’ll work closely with leaders to deliver contemporary, compliant, and impactful HR solutions that drive workforce effectiveness and support organisational goals. The work is varied—spanning generalist partnering, ER/IR, organisational change, culture and engagement, and core people processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with leaders to deliver effective people strategies, workforce planning, and organisational design.
• Lead and advise on complex ER/IR matters, including investigations, performance management, and EA interpretation.
• Support and deliver P&C projects and initiatives, including culture, engagement, DEI, and change management.
• Contribute to cyclical people activities such as reward and recognition, remuneration reviews, succession planning, and engagement programs.
• Provide accurate HR guidance, policy interpretation, reporting, and compliance to support informed business decisions.
About You
• Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience, with demonstrated depth in investigations and complex ER matters.
• Strong knowledge of workplace legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Collaborative and customer-focused, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working across both strategic and operational HR activities.
