The Opportunity
As the Senior Strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Executive and Senior Leadership to translate business priorities into meaningful people outcomes. This is a broad, strategic role spanning organisation design, workforce optimisation, culture uplift, leadership capability, change management and employee experience. You'll operate as a trusted advisor, providing insight, challenge and guidance to senior stakeholders while driving initiatives that support transformation, innovation and long‑term growth.
Key Focus Areas
• Lead the design and delivery of strategic people initiatives across organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development and cultural uplift.
• Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders, ensuring people strategies are aligned to broader organisational goals.
• Partner on major change programs, using data and workforce insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Coach and develop people leaders, strengthening capability and embedding contemporary leadership practices.
• Drive engagement and employee experience initiatives, including culture and engagement survey action planning.
• Evaluate organisational structures and capability needs to ensure the business is positioned for current and future demands.
• Support talent and succession processes, identifying key talent and capability gaps.
• Act as a proactive change agent, anticipating emerging needs and constructively challenging thinking to support organisational evolution.
• Promote wellbeing, inclusion and a respectful workplace culture.
About You
You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, commercial awareness and hands‑on delivery. Your background will include:
• Significant experience operating as a senior HR partner, working directly with Executive‑level stakeholders.
• A track record of shaping people strategies that enable business priorities.
• Strong capability in organisation design, change management, culture and leadership development.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading employee experience and culture initiatives.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and pace.
•Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
