We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a fast-moving and collaborative People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing HR function.
You’ll partner with leaders to provide both strategic advice and hands-on support across the full range of HR activities. The work is varied – from generalist partnering and ER/IR to organisational change, culture projects and essential transactional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective people strategies, workforce planning and organisational design.
- Lead and advise on complex ER/IR matters, including investigations, performance management and EA interpretation.
- Support and deliver P&C projects and initiatives, including culture, engagement, DEI and change management.
- Contribute to cyclical people activities such as reward and recognition, remuneration reviews, succession planning and engagement programs.
- Provide accurate HR guidance, policy interpretation, reporting and compliance to support informed business decisions.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience, with demonstrated depth in investigations and complex ER matters.
- Strong knowledge of workplace legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Collaborative and customer-focused, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
