  • Prepare Monthly Management Reports, leading estimates and executive-ready analysis.
  • Deliver high quality performance analysis and forward-looking insights, scenario modelling and performance commentary.
  • Translate operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.
Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Operations and Corporate leaders, providing financial guidance that drives accountability.
  • Lead cost-performance reviews, translate operational data into actionable insights and support commercial decision-making.
  • Represent Finance in cross-functional discussions to influence outcomes with evidence-based analysis.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and refine financial models, dashboards and reporting templates for clarity and efficiency.
  • Support system and process improvements to streamline the FP&A cycle.
  • Ensure integrity, timeliness and accuracy across all financial submissions.
Leadership, Collaboration & Conduct
  • Take ownership from coordinating Finance’s planning calendar and key reporting deliverables.
  • Operate with autonomy, accuracy and professionalism, building confidence in financial outputs.
  • Support capability development within the finance team and uphold Amplitude Energy’s values.
  • Engage constructively with auditors, JV partners and key stakeholders.
About You
  • CA / CPA qualified with a Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 5–8+ years in FP&A, management reporting or business partnering, ideally in a complex or capital-intensive industry.
  • Proven leadership in budgeting and performance reporting for executive stakeholders.
  • Strong partnership experience with Operations or commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver insight-driven analysis that shapes decisions.
  • Advanced financial modelling capability.
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools.
Attributes
  • Commercially astute, analytically rigorous and highly organised.
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge and influence.
  • Proactive, resilient, collaborative and improvement-focused.
Why Join Us?
