As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements, optimise processes, and deliver strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to have strategic visibility across the organisation and make a real impact on key projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from discovery to implementation
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and standardisation
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to gather and prioritise requirements
- Partner with external vendors and technology partners to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Support project planning, scope management, risk tracking, and delivery coordination
- Develop business cases, process documentation, and acceptance criteria
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members
- Experienced in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, and solution documentation
- Skilled in vendor management and influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable in Waterfall or hybrid project delivery environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 or structured project frameworks is a plus
- Play a critical, strategic role in a major transformation program
