Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide practical WHS advice, coordinate safety initiatives, support compliance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety systems, training and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide WHS support, coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
- Coordinate incident investigations and support corrective actions.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Facilitate WHS training, inductions and safety awareness initiatives.
- Maintain and review WHS policies, procedures and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple facilities.
About You
- Previous experience in a Safety Advisor, WHS Advisor, HSE Advisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, regulations and contemporary safety practices.
- Experience conducting audits, investigations and risk assessments.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant WHS qualification.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.
- Experience within healthcare, aged care or another multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
