Our client have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. You will collaborate with leaders to streamline a positive candidate experience and contribute to strategies that promote a positive experience for employees and line managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on hiring the right fit for the organisation and the team.
- Partner with business leaders to meet business needs and drive a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure high standards are maintained in end-to-end recruitment processes, systems, tracking and reporting.
- Develop positive relationships with potential and current candidates, and various stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition Team to contribute to initiatives relating to employee experience.
- Solid experience in recruitment encompassing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities to assess candidate suitability and make recommendations.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs and deliverables.
- Excellent relationship/rapport builder with a knack for influencing outcomes.
