We are seeking a Project Manager for a fixed-term opportunity to lead a major tender submission — a high-impact piece of work that directly supports the organisation’s future and the communities it serves.

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end coordination of a significant tender bid, ensuring it is delivered on time, strategically aligned, and strongly positioned against evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of the tender bid
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts
- Develop and refine tender narratives, responses, and supporting documentation
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Oversee compliance and quality assurance across all submissions
- Coordinate data, evidence, and financial inputs
- Analyse the competitive landscape and identify bid-strengthening opportunities
- Prepare briefings for the CEO, senior leadership, subcommittees, and Board
- Ensure all deadlines and submission requirements are met
- Capture insights to strengthen future organisational capability
- Strong experience in project management, tendering, or complex submissions
- Experience working with government processes (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and executives
- A proven ability to deliver under pressure and to immovable deadlines
