A&Co Recruitment Partners are proud to be partnering with a highly respected, well-known not-for-profit and community organisation that is making a real difference in people’s lives.

We are seeking a Project Manager for a fixed-term opportunity to lead a major tender submission — a high-impact piece of work that directly supports the organisation’s future and the communities it serves.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile bid, working closely with senior leaders, partners, and subject matter experts in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end coordination of a significant tender bid, ensuring it is delivered on time, strategically aligned, and strongly positioned against evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management of the tender bid
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts
  • Develop and refine tender narratives, responses, and supporting documentation
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Oversee compliance and quality assurance across all submissions
  • Coordinate data, evidence, and financial inputs
  • Analyse the competitive landscape and identify bid-strengthening opportunities
  • Prepare briefings for the CEO, senior leadership, subcommittees, and Board
  • Ensure all deadlines and submission requirements are met
  • Capture insights to strengthen future organisational capability
About You
  • Strong experience in project management, tendering, or complex submissions
  • Experience working with government processes (highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders and executives
  • A proven ability to deliver under pressure and to immovable deadlines
Why This Role?
  • Make a real impact in a purpose-driven organisation
  • Lead a high-profile, career-defining tender project
  • Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Join a supportive, collaborative, and values-led environment
  • Take full ownership of a complex, visible, and meaningful piece of work
Interviews are expected to commence next week, so early applications are encouraged.
