We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client on a contract basis until June 2026. This role sits between Project Support Officer and Coordinator, providing critical administrative and coordination support to their IT Project Managers and PMO Manager across multiple IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day project coordination and support to Project Managers
- Assist the PMO Manager with documentation, reporting, and scheduling
- Manage administrative tasks to relieve pressure from project teams
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across project stakeholders
- Support project delivery processes and governance requirements
- Manage central collaboration platforms, folders, and shared drives (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, PPM Express).
- Assist with resource management, site mobilisation, and tracking project team allocations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting multiple Project Managers or project teams within an IT PMO or technology environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to centralise, prioritise, and streamline administrative workflows.
- Comfortable balancing administrative duties and project coordination tasks
- Proactive, self-driven, and intuitive—keen to take initiative
- Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Teams, PPM Express).
