A opportunity has opened for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to step into a role that blends strategic influence with hands‑on partnership. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll shape people initiatives that strengthen capability, uplift culture, and support a high‑performing, values‑driven environment.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑moving setting, enjoys solving complex people challenges, and brings confidence navigating varied industrial frameworks. It’s a chance to contribute to work that genuinely matters while partnering with leaders who value practical, people‑centred advice.
What you’ll be doing
• Partner with leaders to provide grounded, forward‑thinking guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, decision‑support and tailored development conversations.
• Design and deliver targeted development programs for senior people leaders.
• Lead and advise on complex matters including performance, grievances and industrial relations issues.
• Support end‑to‑end Enterprise Agreement processes, including analysis, modelling, bargaining participation and documentation preparation.
• Develop workforce planning initiatives that align people needs with organisational priorities.
• Guide teams through organisational change with a focus on engagement, clarity and cohesion.
• Contribute to broader people initiatives such as culture programs, remuneration and benefits, and DE&I activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance people processes, systems and ways of working.
What you’ll bring
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong experience in strategic business partnering, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
• Confidence working across multiple industrial instruments and navigating nuanced IR landscapes.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations from planning through to implementation.
• The ability to influence, coach and guide leaders toward practical, people‑aligned outcomes.
• A genuine commitment to creating workplaces where people feel supported, valued and empowered.
You’ll be joining an organisation with a broad operational footprint and a deeply meaningful purpose. The work is varied, the stakeholders are engaged, and the impact of strong people leadership is felt every day. This is a role for someone who wants to contribute to something bigger while continuing to grow their strategic HR capability.
