People Business Partner

We’re seeking a dynamic People Business Partners to support a new structure designed to elevate employee experience and leadership capability. This is not your typical HR role—it’s about partnering, influencing, and being the go-to person for leaders and teams. 

About the Role

In this newly created position, you’ll work closely with Managers across eight sites, helping them navigate people challenges and drive meaningful change. You’ll be the face of People & Culture—visible, approachable, and trusted. Your day might include:

• Visiting sites to build connection and trust
• Coaching leaders on employee development and change initiatives
• Supporting retention and engagement across the employee lifecycle
• Championing culture and values through everyday interactions
• Acting as an ambassador for the organisation’s people-first approach—this role is all about strategic partnering

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, organisational development, or leadership
• Background in healthcare or not-for-profit (ideally)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
• A curious mindset and ability to draw insights from data
• Warmth, humor and professionalism—someone people genuinely enjoy working with
