Joining the team during a significant business project, you'll provide additional support through a large-scale redundancy program, managing complex termination payments and leave reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who can step in quickly and work with minimal supervision. This is an initial 6-month contract with flexible working arrangements including 1-2 days WFH.
Key Responsibilities
- Process complex termination and redundancy payments
- Complete leave reconciliations and final pay calculations
- Interpret and apply payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Review and reconcile payroll data, resolving discrepancies
- Respond to complex payroll queries and provide payroll support
- Assist with payroll governance and process improvements
- Proven experience in payroll processing within a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience processing terminations and final payments
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running
