Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing (weekly, fortnightly & monthly)
- Managing your own payroll portfolio
- Processing allowances, bonuses & termination payments
- Award interpretation and compliance
- Payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Managing payroll queries across the business
- Maintaining employee records and system accuracy
- Liaising with HR, Finance, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience (mid to large organisation)
- Experience with systems such as ADP, Kronos or similar
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and awards
- High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
