Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records, leave balances, superannuation, and payroll data.
- Interpret awards, EBAs, and relevant legislation.
- Respond to payroll queries and provide timely, helpful support to employees.
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and payroll-related administration.
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll.
- Knowledge of Chris21 is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and awards.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service capability.
- Able to work autonomously whilst contributing positively to a large payroll team.
