Key Duties:
- Act as the primary contact for payroll enquiries (fortnightly, monthly, year-end).
- Process payroll for corporate staff and employees under Enterprise Agreements.
- Calculate and pay wages, allowances, deductions, and expense claims.
- Prepare and lodge statutory obligations, including PAYG, superannuation, and insurances.
- Support employees and managers on payroll matters.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate with external payroll providers.
- Assist with audits and reconciliations for payroll accounts.
- Collaborate with HR to improve payroll processes and ensure compliance.
- 6–18 months payroll or related experience.
- Understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and taxation.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
