An exciting opportunity exists for a professional and organised Office Coordinator to join a leading ASX-listed mining company in a permanent, part-time role. Based in Subiaco, this position is perfect for someone looking for school hours (Monday to Friday) while remaining actively involved in a fast-paced, corporate environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks across a multitude of teams within the business whilst working in a supportive team with purpose and vision and a lot of exciting upcoming projects to get involved with!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to teams and executives across the business
- Assist with purchase orders, expense claims, and general finance admin
- Maintain clean and organised shared spaces, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas
- Manage front-of-house reception including calls, visitors, couriers, and mail
- Coordinate office supplies and catering as needed
- Support internal staff events and corporate functions
- Oversee building access, parking, and basic maintenance coordination
- Assist with documentation, formatting, scanning, and record keeping
- Support visa documentation processes in liaison with internal stakeholders
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards in daily operations
About You:
- Previous experience in an ASX-listed company (preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and proactive attitude
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems (Pronto is a plus!)
- Available to work Monday to Friday during school hours
- Based in or able to commute easily to Subiaco
