About the Role
- Provide general administrative support, managing calls, visitors, enquiries and daily ad hoc tasks.
- Maintain office supplies, handle mail, and prepare documents (filing, collating, copying, binding).
- Complete credit card reconciliations and ensure invoices are accurately coded and tracked.
- Liaise with Building Management to resolve tenancy and maintenance matters efficiently.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships by delivering reliable, high-quality service.
- Support reception as backup, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
- Assist with Social Club events, including logistics for EOFY and Christmas functions.
About You
- At least 2 years experience in office administration or a customer-facing role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Warm, professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
