Immediate Start | Take Ownership | Make the Office Your Own

We’re looking for a highly capable, proactive and organised Office Coordinator to join our client, WARRRL (Containers for Change) in a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity, available for an immediate start in Subiaco.

This is far more than a traditional coordinator role. We’re looking for a high-performing administrator who loves being at the centre of a busy organisation, takes pride in creating a well-run workplace and is confident taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of the office.

You’ll be the go-to person who keeps things moving — from office operations, facilities and suppliers through to events, invoicing, reconciliations and executive administration. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant while also providing practical support to Heads of and senior leaders across the organisation.

If you’re someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative and gets on with it, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is professional, organised, well-stocked and running smoothly.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, kitchen requirements, access, new starter requirements and general workplace needs.
  • Manage relationships with building management, contractors, suppliers and service providers, coordinating maintenance, repairs and facilities requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve office and workplace issues, taking ownership through to completion and escalating where required.
  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Executive Assistant, Heads of and senior leaders across the organisation.
  • Coordinate internal events, staff functions, workshops and meetings, including venues, catering, suppliers, invitations and logistics.
  • Manage administrative processes including purchasing, supplier invoices, expense administration, corporate credit card reconciliations and related financial documentation.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and meeting arrangements as required.
We’re looking for someone who
  • Has proven experience in a busy Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or senior administration role.
  • Can hit the ground running and confidently take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.
  • Has strong experience coordinating office operations, facilities, suppliers and workplace requirements.
  • Has experience providing administration and coordination support to senior leaders and executives.
  • Is confident coordinating events, meetings, functions and logistics.
  • Has experience with invoicing, purchasing, expense administration and corporate credit card reconciliations.
  • Is solutions-focused and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
  • Has strong attention to detail and follows tasks through to completion.
  • Brings energy, professionalism and a genuine willingness to take ownership and make a difference.

You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, take real ownership of the workplace and become a trusted go-to person across the business.\

This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential for the right person to move into a permanent role.

Interviews are expected to commence in the next few days, so please apply as soon as possible.

If you’re interested in this opportunity, please get in touch with  Karen McGlynn  on 0406 833 625 or email  karen.mcglynn@aandco.au  with your updated resume.
