Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advanced MS Excel Analyst to transform existing Excel templates into user-friendly and robust data collection systems for consolidation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform and redesign existing Excel templates to improve usability and functionality
  • Develop robust data collection and reporting systems
  • Create automated workflows using advanced Excel features and macros
  • Design dashboards and reports for finance and non-finance users
  • Implement data validation controls to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Utilise Power Query to integrate data from multiple sources and perform complex transformations
Required Skills
  • Dashboard Creation: User-friendly reports for diverse audiences
  • Advanced Excel Functions: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and create conditional formulas
  • Conditional Formatting: Formula-based formatting rules
  • VBA/Macro Development: Custom automation solutions
The ideal candidate will be someone who not only possesses advanced Excel technical skills but also understands how to create solutions that work for end users. You should be comfortable taking existing processes and reimagining them to be more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly.
