We are seeking an experienced Advanced MS Excel Analyst to transform existing Excel templates into user-friendly and robust data collection systems for consolidation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform and redesign existing Excel templates to improve usability and functionality
- Develop robust data collection and reporting systems
- Create automated workflows using advanced Excel features and macros
- Design dashboards and reports for finance and non-finance users
- Implement data validation controls to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Utilise Power Query to integrate data from multiple sources and perform complex transformations
- Dashboard Creation: User-friendly reports for diverse audiences
- Advanced Excel Functions: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and create conditional formulas
- Conditional Formatting: Formula-based formatting rules
- VBA/Macro Development: Custom automation solutions
