Member Service Officer | 9 Month Temp Contract | Perth CBD

We are on the lookout for a few energetic, tech-savvy Member Service Officers to help us support the members of a major cooperative in Perth.
If you love problem-solving, chatting with people, and working in a buzzing contact-centre environment — we want you on the team!
�55357;�56508; What you’ll be doing:
- Manage inbound calls from Members (we love a good chat!).
- Respond to emails and follow up calls to help resolve login or account issues.
- Guide Members through our login system — updating details, sending password resets and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Outbound follow-ups to help Members complete their setup.
- Use multiple systems (including Epricore) — so being confident navigating screens is a big plus!
- Contract: 9 months
- Roster: Monday to Friday between 6am and 5pm (rotating shifts)
- Start: ASAP

- Confident communicator with strong customer service or call centre experience or administration experience.
- Quick learner who can pick up systems fast
- A team player who brings energy, positivity, and a great sense of humour
- Comfortable working to targets and quotas
- Tech-savvy and calm under pressure
- Must have full working rights and the ability to commit to a 9 month assignment.
