a&co Recruitment Partners are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Marketing Manager to own and optimise the Containers for Change digital ecosystem and help drive participation in one of Australia’s most impactful sustainability programs.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who loves turning insight into action, friction into flow, and clicks into meaningful outcomes.
The opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Marketing, you’ll lead Containers for Change’s digital and eCommerce activity end-to-end — from shaping strategy through to execution and optimisation. You’ll own the digital experience across web, app, member portal, eCommerce and lifecycle communications, ensuring every touchpoint supports engagement, conversion and long-term loyalty.
You’ll be trusted to make decisions, manage budgets, influence stakeholders and continuously lift digital performance using data, experimentation and customer insight.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Translating brand and growth strategies into high-performing digital, eCommerce and search activity
- Owning and optimising key digital platforms including website, app, CMS and member portal
- Leading UX and funnel optimisation to reduce friction and improve conversion
- Driving eCommerce performance across product pathways, conversion rates and online store results
- Managing SEO and SEM strategy to grow qualified traffic and participation
- Owning consumer EDMs, lifecycle journeys and marketing automation
- Building dashboards, maintaining analytics integrity and turning data into actionable insights
- Collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Operations and Product teams to deliver integrated outcomes
- Managing allocated digital and eCommerce budgets
You must have:
- Proven experience leading digital and eCommerce performance in a complex organisation
- Strong capability across UX, CRO, analytics, SEO/SEM and lifecycle marketing
- Confidence managing platforms, agencies and competing priorities
- A data-led mindset with the ability to balance insight, creativity and commercial outcomes
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style with a bias for action
- Comfort owning decisions, budgets and outcomes — and influencing without authority
