We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our financial planning client in West Perth.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys juggling projects, bringing ideas to life, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help shape how the business shows up across digital, internal, and client communications, including:
- Coordinating content across websites, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
- Creating and updating marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets)
- Supporting internal communications and business updates
- Managing workflows, timelines, and deliverables across teams and suppliers
- Keeping website and social channels fresh, engaging, and on-brand
- Supporting CRM updates and campaign reporting
- Working closely with teams to keep marketing activity moving
- Prioritise competing marketing requests
- Spot opportunities to improve communication and engagement
- Keep projects and campaigns on track
- Make confident decisions around content and brand consistency
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or coordination
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal)
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
