Manager Organisational Capability

The Manager, Organisational Capability will take a lead role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance leadership development, culture, and workforce capability. Working closely with senior leaders and HR partners, you’ll shape programs that align people, performance, and business priorities.

This is a 6-month contract offering a mix of work-from-home and office flexibility, ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, change-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide capability, leadership, and culture programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to assess organisational capability needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Oversee key frameworks and initiatives such as performance development, leadership pathways, and succession planning.
• Support culture, engagement, and inclusion programs that drive employee connection and performance.
• Collaborate with the HR team to integrate capability programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning and development outcomes.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
• Extensive experience in organisational development, learning, or capability management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior levels.
• Proven ability to design and implement leadership and culture initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing strategic design with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the confidence to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
