We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our clients' finance operations on a 7-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key people leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and compliant finance operations, while supporting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
About the Role
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop finance team members
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Provide financial insights, including debtor reporting, and support complex reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and internal controls.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service quality.
- Provide expert advice and support across finance operations.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and reporting.
- Proven people leadership experience, including developing teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with financial/enterprise systems and process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with NDIS funding, billing and revenue processes. Experience within disability, health, community services or not-for-profit sectors will be valued.
