As the Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial support and advice to a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and analysis.
- Assisting in the development and management of budgets and forecasts.
- Maintaining the general ledger, including investigating errors.
- Supporting financial projects that enhance service delivery and process efficiency.
- Facilitating vendor payments, staff reimbursements, credit card reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Ensuring accurate coding of invoices and adherence to the Chart of Accounts.
- Conducting project reconciliations and liaising with stakeholders on financial acquittals.
- Training and supporting administrative staff in financial systems and procedures.
- CA/CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop accurate financial reports with clear analysis and explanatory commentary.
- High-level initiative and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to providing high-level financial advice and customer service.
