The role
You'll provide end-to-end legal and administrative support, including:
- Drafting and producing legal correspondence and documents
- Preparing and amending court documentation and liaising with court registries
- Compiling briefs, discovery and matter-related searches
- Client liaison and file management
- Diary management, billing support and general practice administration
- Working closely with practitioners and the broader legal assistant team
- 3-4+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant (court documentation experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and document production
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working with minimal direction
- High attention to detail with typing and formatting skills
- Professional, reliable and a genuine team player
- Full-time role with 1 day WFH after probation
