a&co Recruitment are delighted to be working with this well-regarded professional services firm seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy practice. Culture really is key with this organisation and there is some real longevity in the team.

This is a role suited to someone confident in their skills and happy to work within a well-run team environment.

While the role isn't high-pressure, there's plenty of variety and some genuinely interesting work to get involved in.

The role
You'll provide end-to-end legal and administrative support, including:
  • Drafting and producing legal correspondence and documents
  • Preparing and amending court documentation and liaising with court registries
  • Compiling briefs, discovery and matter-related searches
  • Client liaison and file management
  • Diary management, billing support and general practice administration
  • Working closely with practitioners and the broader legal assistant team
The Person
  • 3-4+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant (court documentation experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and document production
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working with minimal direction
  • High attention to detail with typing and formatting skills
  • Professional, reliable and a genuine team player
