About the Role

Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture function, you’ll support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives that lift capability across the organisation. Your work will span blended learning design, program facilitation, LMS administration, and the ongoing development of capability frameworks and talent pathways.

You’ll partner closely with People Partners, leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure learning programs are well‑designed, well‑executed, and aligned to organisational needs. This is a role with real breadth—balancing operational delivery with opportunities to contribute to strategic learning and organisational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver a range of learning programs including induction, compliance training, and targeted development initiatives.
• Support the design and refresh of blended learning content, including eLearning modules, workshops, and digital learning assets.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for learning programs—scheduling, enrolments, communications, evaluation, and reporting.
• Facilitate onboarding and learning sessions with confidence and professionalism.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the Learning Management System, ensuring learning pathways, profiles, and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.
• Monitor learning completion, generate insights, and provide reporting that supports workforce planning and leadership decision‑making.
• Contribute to the maintenance and embedding of capability and competency frameworks across job families.
• Support succession and talent development processes, including tracking talent pools and development pathways.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and SMEs to co‑design relevant, practical learning solutions.
• Ensure learning content, records, and processes meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.

About You

You’ll bring a strong foundation in learning delivery and coordination, with the confidence to facilitate sessions and partner effectively with stakeholders. You enjoy balancing detail‑oriented operational work with opportunities to contribute to broader capability and development initiatives.

You will also bring:

• Experience supporting L&D programs in a corporate or multi‑site environment.
• Capability in designing or updating digital learning content (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or similar).
• Experience administering an LMS, including workflows, reporting, and user support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate learning needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and follow‑through.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
