In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert across people systems, ensuring data integrity, system optimisation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with HR, payroll and key stakeholders to support reporting, process enhancements and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise HRIS and people systems functionality
- Provide system support, troubleshooting and user guidance
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and data insights
- Support system upgrades, testing and implementation activities
- Ensure data accuracy, governance and compliance standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities across People & Culture operations
- Proven experience working with HRIS / People Systems
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
- Ability to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills
