We’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner who enjoys building strong relationships, providing practical advice and supporting managers through the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work as part of a collaborative corporate HR team and play a key role in delivering consistent, compliant and people‑focused HR support.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with leaders to provide coaching and guidance across performance, employee relations and workplace matters
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Assisting with investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
- Preparing contracts, variations and employee documentation
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards and internal policies
- Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and workforce reporting
- Promoting safe, inclusive and psychologically healthy workplaces
- Building trusted relationships with employees and managers across multiple business units
- Experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or generalist HR role
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Awards
- Experience across recruitment, onboarding, ER and performance management
- Confident communication skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
