Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong partnerships with people leaders, understanding their business intricacies and challenges.
- Provide expert guidance and specialised knowledge on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with the People, Culture, and Capability strategy and HR policies.
- Implement efficient and cost-effective HR initiatives tailored to business needs.
- Design innovative processes where needed, garnering voluntary compliance and support.
- Interpret and apply changes in legislation effectively, educating leaders on implications.
Key Criteria:
- Proven HRBP experience, ideally in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Deep understanding of Fair Work Act and AU employment legislation.
- Proficiency in workplace incident investigations.
- Strong grasp of HR framework, including talent management and remuneration.
- Advocate for HR initiatives, prioritizing discretion and confidentiality.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations and Statutory Laws across Australia.
