An exciting opportunity exists for a Superintendent Human Resources to lead HR processes in a Perth-based corporate office while contributing to global people initiatives across multiple regions.
Reporting to the Global VP HR, this position offers a unique blend of local leadership and international project involvement. You will oversee HR operations in Perth, drive alignment of people systems across diverse geographies, and provide strategic support to project-based leadership teams as major initiatives ramp up.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR processes for the Perth corporate office, including talent acquisition, succession planning, performance reviews, and policy advice.
• Partner with global HR teams to deliver a multi-year program aligning people systems across operations.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support to project-based leadership teams during large-scale project development.
•Maintain HR systems, employee master data, and culture initiatives such as employee surveys.
About You
We’re seeking a professional who thrives in both strategic and operational HR environments, with the ability to balance local execution and global collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional HR experience.
• Strong communication skills—written, oral, and interpersonal.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR processes and contribute to global initiatives.
