As the Human Resources Manager
, you'll play a central role in shaping the employee experience across the organisation. You'll provide expert guidance to senior leaders and team members on a wide range of complex HR matters, while driving continuous improvement, best practice, and a culture of performance, safety, and wellbeing.
This position is key to ensuring the People and Culture function delivers high-quality, customer-focused services that align with the company's Strategic Plan, policies, and values.

- Managing the strategic relationship with the Executive Team and their functions, providing timely strategic, operational and technical advice, coaching, and day-to-day guidance on all HR matters.

You will have:
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across HR, payroll, and talent acquisition.
