As the Human Resources Manager , you'll play a central role in shaping the employee experience across the organisation. You'll provide expert guidance to senior leaders and team members on a wide range of complex HR matters, while driving continuous improvement, best practice, and a culture of performance, safety, and wellbeing.
This position is key to ensuring the People and Culture function delivers high-quality, customer-focused services that align with the company's Strategic Plan, policies, and values.

  • Leading a high-performing HR and payroll team to deliver best-practice, customer-focused services.
  • Managing the strategic relationship with the Executive Team and their functions, providing timely strategic, operational and technical advice, coaching, and day-to-day guidance on all HR matters.
  • Leading initiatives that continuously improve the employee experience, performance and the capability of managers to lead Managing complex employee relations matters, investigations, and industrial issues.
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and service delivery.

  About You
You're a confident and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of contemporary HR practices and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Whether through formal qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience, you bring strategic insight and operational excellence to everything you do.
You will have:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across HR, payroll, and talent acquisition.
  • Strategic Influence: Skilled in partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals.
  • Industrial Relations Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and workplace relations.
  • Problem Solver: Confident in managing complex and sensitive people matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Committed to enhancing systems, processes, and the employee experience.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.

  • Generous NFP Salary Packaging:  Option to package up to $15,900 for general living expenses and an additional $2,650 for entertainment benefits per annum.
