This role suits someone friendly, flexible and confident in handling day-to-day HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR advice on performance, grievances and injury management
- Provide advice around relevant legislation, enterprise agreements and Awards.
- Managing leave requests, starters and leavers
- Recruitment and onboarding support
- Assisting with HR inbox
- General HR administration
- Solid HR generalist background with a flexible approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional HR tasks
