Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, ensuring high-quality support is delivered across the organisation.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive HR matters, providing expert guidance and sound judgement.
- Oversee and advise on case management activities, including complex terminations, Fair Work-related applications, and the negotiation of Deeds of Settlement.
- Provide oversight and strategic input on organisational change initiatives, including complex, multi-function restructures impacting multiple locations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with broader organisational goals and future workforce needs.
- Drive key strategic initiatives such as talent and succession planning, employee engagement programs, performance review cycles, and BOOT-related processes.
- Deliver timely and accurate HR data insights and reporting to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders, including Executive-level stakeholders, to influence positive people outcomes.
- Provide leadership coverage for the People & Performance Manager during periods of leave, overseeing HR operations across multiple specialist teams.
