Based onsite in Adelaide, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to support a large workforce. Your focus will span culture, day‑to‑day operational support, strategic projects, investigations and long‑term process improvements.
The Role
- Coach and support leaders across performance, development and workforce planning
- Drive key initiatives and strategic HR projects
- Build strong, genuine relationships with leaders and employees
- Support recruitment, retention and capability development
- Provide guidance on IR matters, legislation, awards and compliance
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- Experience in large, complex organisations — ideally with blue‑collar workforces
- Solid IR knowledge and confidence navigating investigations, terminations and consultation
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative, resilient and even‑tempered approach
- Curiosity, maturity and a willingness to learn
