Our client have several projects upcoming and have an opportunity for an HR Advisor to join the team on a contract basis. As an advisor you will work closely with leaders, offering expert support and guidance in various HR areas, including employee relations, projects, performance management, succession planning, culture change, and recruitment.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in an organisation with a diverse workforce, be curious and willing to learn and have an ability to work at pace, pitch in, and pick up and run with tasks as required.
Responsibilities;
- Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to the business
- Support the delivery and implementation of HR projects and cyclical activities
- Conducting workplace investigations and complex case management
- Facilitate and guide leaders with a range of employee relation matters and disciplinary processes through
- Contribute to and implement the organisation’s HR strategic plans and objectives in line with relevant industrial instruments.
- Support and drive cultural change and engagement activities
- Facilitation and development of training and development activities
Key Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or relevant discipline (desirable) or significant experience in a similar role
- Experience in undertaking workplace investigations, making sound judgements and assisting in solving complex problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to advise leaders effectively.
