About the Role
You’ll be the go‑to person for HR systems, data accuracy and day‑to‑day HR administration. Working closely with People & Culture and Operations, you’ll maintain employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, troubleshoot system issues, and help staff get the most out of the tools they use. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process employee documentation, leave requests and general HR admin
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors when needed
- Provide user training and support to help staff confidently use HR tools
- Generate reports for audits, compliance and decision‑making
- Support workflow improvements and process optimisation across HR and Operations
- Uphold data security, confidentiality and compliance standards
- Act as a helpful point of contact for staff regarding HR processes and system use
- Experience in HR administration or HR systems support
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and time‑management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Adaptability, initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Relevant qualifications in HR or business administration
