Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide critical support in preparation for an upcoming NDIS accreditation audit. This hands-on role will suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a sound understanding of compliance and documentation processes within an HR environment. Three month contract with potential for extension and available for an immediate start!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and update HR and compliance documentation for audit readiness
• Assist with collating evidence and maintaining accurate personnel records
• Support policy and procedure updates in line with NDIS Practice Standards
• Coordinate training and qualification records for all staff
• Liaise with internal teams and auditors to ensure timely information flow
• Manage confidentiality and compliance requirements with precision
• Provide general HR administration and project support as required
About You:
• Previous experience in HR administration or compliance coordination
• Strong knowledge of documentation management and recordkeeping standards
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Confident using MS Office and HR systems
