About the Role
:
- Manage the procurement, disposal, reporting, and administration of fleet assets.
- Maintain fleet data, equipment registers, and process monthly fuel card transactions.
- Provide reports and support on fleet-related issues across the business.
- Oversee facilities support at the office, including contractor coordination, housekeeping, and site security access.
- Assist with purchase orders, accounts, travel bookings, and provide reception relief when required.
- Demonstrated experience in fleet management
- Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in using MS Office and enterprise systems for data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and contractor coordination.
- A current WA Driver's Licence
