Global Organisation - Finance Leadership Role

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll ensure the integrity of financial information and deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis across the ANZ business. Responsible for the month-end close and business unit consolidation, balance sheet analysis, balance sheet and income statement presentation, and compliance processes, you’ll lead a small, capable team and work closely with global and regional finance teams to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting records and lead the month-end and consolidation process for four legal entities
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
- Oversee internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with corporate standards
- Manage rebates across Australia and New Zealand
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management
- Drive accuracy in cash flow and liquidity forecasting
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and key stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- CA or CPA qualified with 10+ years’ experience
- Proven experience in corporate financial reporting within a multinational environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
