Finance Lead

We’re partnering with a well established WA business to find a Finance Lead who’s as comfortable on the factory floor as they are in the boardroom.

This is a hands on, operational role where you’ll lead a small finance team and work closely with production, logistics and commercial leaders to make sure the numbers tell the real story. You’ll thrive in a tight-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, accountability and getting things done.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead day to day accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations and month end.
• Partner with operational teams on cost accounting, inventory and product costing.
• Support financial governance, process improvements and data integrity.
• Mentor and develop a small, capable finance team.

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ accounting experience.
• Background in manufacturing or operational finance preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Down to earth communication style and a genuine team focus.
