Our client is seeking a Finance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and mentor a small finance team. About the Role:
- Manage financial processes, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare monthly claims to Services Australia
- Deliver financial insights to support leadership and service outcomes
- Liaise with clients and coordinators on aged care financial matters
- Coordinate monthly management and funding reports
- Mentor and support finance team members
- Accounting/Finance qualification or 1-2 years' experience in a finance role
- Experience with Xero or similar highly regarded!
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
- Aged care or community services experience (desirable)
