This is a high-impact, C-suite level role where you will act as a true right-hand to the CEO and Chairman with direct exposure to executive decision-making. You will be trusted to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the seamless day-to-day running of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, strategic support to the CEO and Chairman
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, meetings, and travel
- Prepare board packs, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Act as a key liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Coordinate board and executive meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Screen and prioritise communications with a high level of discretion
- Drive efficiency across executive workflows and processes
- Proven experience supporting at C-suite level (CEO/Chairman/Board exposure essential)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate executive needs
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, discreet, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Advanced skills across Microsoft Office and presentation preparation
